Rarely post negatively because everything is always contextual, but here if feels more like a public service announcement to caution others. I hired Global Process Servers for routine service on the Government agency and U.S Attorney. Needed same day service and paid premium of more than $1,500.00. After three days and a missed court deadline, I received incomplete service of process. Incredibly, they would not release the affidavits of service until an additional balance was paid of $1,600.00. So more than $3,000.00 to serve the Federal Government. I would use extreme caution before retaining them for service and expect to pay a premium for very problematic service -- even serving the federal government.
