As the manager of a finance company, I have used Mark with GSI on several cases. He has been wonderful to work with. He is very detail oriented, works diligently and demonstrates great concern in helping me with the outcome we are needing. He was very honest and forthcoming in our first consultation and was clear in communicating the services he could provide, as well as assuring me that he would not take on the case if he discovered in his initial gathering of information that he would not be able to help us. I have been involved in a particularly difficult civil suit agains someone who hides well. Stephanie and Mark have gone above and beyond the call in their efforts to locate and serve the person of interest. I greatly appreciate their genuine compassion and forthrite sincerity as they proceeded to meet my needs. I found them knowledgeable and completely available whenever I had a question or some information I felt pertinent to add. They know there stuff and I felt secure in placing my case in their hands.
