The fees at Golden State Legal Pros are very reasonable. The website is easy to navigate and understand. The most impressive part is the knowledge, professionalism and care of the staff. Dealing with legal matters can be stressful! I am not an attorney and I was terrified to make mistakes. The lady that helped me sent me an email after hours to check on my paperwork. Then she sent me another email to follow up. I almost cried! I am so grateful for Golden State Legal.

Absolutely terrible experience. They failed to deliver my time-sensitive service, had almost no communication, and showed zero professionalism. Their negligence made an already stressful legal situation worse. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

They are the worst process server I've ever dealt with. They won't stop you from serving out of state, even if it doesn't make sense. The "proof" document accessible on my dashboard has been uploaded without the process server's signature on two separate orders... worst of all, I found a IDOR vulnerability on their dashboard, which exposes sensitive customer information (I was able to access a file that was another golden state legal customer's). Stay away!

I've had a phenomenally great experience using Golden State Legal for E-Filing motions to the court clerk! I am self-representing, and Rebekah and Vicky have made the filing process so easy by helping me with their 24/7 self-service online filing system. It is like learning to ride a bike - once someone is kind and patient enough to show you how, then you can do it by yourself forever! Rebekah and Vicky have been amazingly helpful, and Golden State Legal is the BEST service out there! Hugs to them both!!

They went above and beyond trying to get a defendant served. I ended up having to file a motion to get him served a different way, but I have to say if he could have been served, they would definitely have got it done. If I need a process server in their area again, I will definitely use them.

GSL is amazing!! I had some trouble trying to figure out how to E-File a Change of Name and Victoria helped me every step of the way! She even called me to further give me information. Not only did she explained how everything works, but she was kind enough to go into my portal and change things around to where it was filed correctly. On top of that, she followed up with me to make sure everything went smooth and explained the further steps to take. I'm so happy I came across Golden State Legal. I definitely recommend, and will come back when I need to file anything else. Thank you Victoria!

Responded immediately, and informatively, to my inquiry about serving several small claims suits. Where super helpful and supportive through the whole process. Took the job despite it being kind of a hard situation and got claims served immediately (on the first try no less!). Would definitely recommend, had a great time working with them.
