Visited 7 June 2022 Firstly, this office is NOT managed by a government agency or TSA, which I assumed. It is managed by Goodenow Associates Investigations LLC, a full service detective agency. Originally, made an appointment for 27 May 2022 but it was canceled by the agency and we had to reschedule. My mother's appointment to finalize her TSA Pre-check application was at 1pm so we showed up at 1245 (you know, you're late if you're on time?!?). Well, not here! The customer service at the desk told us, come back at 1pm even though the scheduling instructions advise to show up 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Also, 2 other customers showed up at 1250 and were told the same thing, "come back at 1pm!" :/ The office processes multiple applications. - For TSA Pre-check, you will have to take a picture. No bangs, no earrings, or anything that covers your face and ears. - If you are there specifically for TSA Pre-check, you will need to provide proof of your U.S.A citizenship: passport or state issued birth certificate. **If you had a name change, you must show documents that prove your previous and current name, especially if they don't match your travel documents. - For the fee, they do not accept cash, only major credit cards, cashier's check, and money order. After everyone was checked in, the employee processing the applications left for lunch(!). I had to go back to the car and I see her downstairs smoking (which is fine, do what you want on your lunch break) but if you have times designated for appointments, make sure someone is available to takw clients)! Anyway, after about 15 minutes my mother tells me that the customer service representative who was checking everyone in began to process application. Once that process started, it was a seamless process.
