I'm known Rocky for almost 5 years now and I never thought I would need to take part in any of his services until one day that day arrived. I reached out to him and asked him for his help and within minutes he had a solution and told me he could take care of it in the timeframe that I needed it done. Never any issues or hiccups, he took care of it all. Smooth and painless.

Was referred to Pipkin Agency by another PI out of area. Spoke directly with owner in February and he was very good at selling his service and even created a sense of urgency. What I found was that he didnt respond to emails or even account for the time he spent on my case. No return phone calls either. Finally in July his assistant sent me a report that was never sent. Be careful with Rocky, because his follow through is suspect.
