All three owners have a combined law enforcement and security experience of over 85+ years. Mr. Fields was certified by the Attorney General of the State of California to participate in the lawful interception of wire, electronic digital pager, or electronic cellular telephone communications as authorized in Chapter 1.4 commencing with Section 629.50 of the California Penal Code. Mr. Fields, Mr DeWald and Mr. Dennis have real world experiences needed to conduct a professional and successful investigation and supersede your Security needs. I was contacted by your sub-contractor to see if I was still in need of the service who called me a douche bag and flipped me off when I informed him that I didn't. If this is the kind of professionalism you employ maybe you shouldn't be in business! I have a screenshot of the exchange if you need proof.

Had to serve a difficult person in a different county and John couldn't have made it easier. Quick reply to my initial inquiry, polite and well spoken when on the phone, and John had to make multiple attempts with changing information. In the end he was able to accomplish what I needed and charged me the same fee he initially quoted. I don't want to serve someone with court papers but if I have to again I will use Global Protection & Investigation. John is a veteran and I believe we should all be supporting our veteran owned local small business.

John and Teddy were organized and on point from the beginning to the end of the service.
