I paid $250.00 for a background check, Ethan essentially just did an internet search on the name provided. They did not do any sort of fact checking on what information turned up online, and when I questioned him in court, he said that he didn't know whether the information he provided me came from a reliable source or not. useless garbage, total waste of money.

We were extremely pleased with the work Ethan Waldinger performed for our company. He understood what we needed, followed our instructions perfectly, and accomplished the goal!!! It was not an easy task, and it required some creativity and ingenuity on his part, but he got it done! If you need a PI in Hawaii, this is the one to call! If we have something else come up, he will be our first call. And besides that, he was super honest and forthright about his fee and earned every penny!

Possible Scam! I would not recommend HPI to anyone. My recent experience with them was poor. They make you sign a contract that states they do not guarantee results, they use cell phone cameras and send you poor quality pictures. They charge your card for hours and expenses you did not agreed to ahead of time before doing the service. In addition they use some kind of sketchy invoice service that charges your card every time you want to look at your invoice. I felt like all they did for me was clock hours with useless information on the subject that was not helpful. I had asked them not to do this but they did it anyway. When I discussed my concerns with them they were unprofessional and did not seem to care that I was not happy with their services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ethan is incredible at what he does for a living. I definitely recommend his services if the Honolulu Police Department can't locate someone. I'll also use his investigative services again, should I need them.
