Ms Williams served the civil documents to the other party and e-filed the return with the appropriate office within 72-96 hours. I recently filed a suit in an Arizona small claims court against a Houston area individual. That person refused to accept my registered mail notice of the suit and I had to go through a process server. Ms Williams was thoroughly professional and served that notice in a timely manner despite what I suspect were the defendant's efforts to evade service. If I ever again need a process server in the Houston area she will definitely be my first call. Bob H

Business owner would not respond to me at all. Finally had to initiate a small claims suit. Jackie finally got him to respond to her and she successfully served him. Shortly after that, he called me and offered a full refund. I really didn't think she would be able to find him, but she did.

Houston Civil Process went above and beyond to help us serve someone who we've been trying to serve since beginning of January. Being in California and trying to serve someone in Houston was proving to be such a difficult task, but Jackie got it DONE.
