Outstanding customer service and they more than exceeded our expectations. Extra bonus is that they are not only in Hawaii but are also in the mainland. With today's fast pace it is to your advantage to use iDepo since they are technologically advance far better than their competitors. Their court reporters are the best in the industry.

I normally do not do reviews but due to the circumstances felt it was necessary. I originally talked to Tina-Ann who seemed eager to help me with process serving do to a non-compliance of a visitation agreement. Tina explain to me the breakdown of the cost the $250 initial deposit that was required and that she would be sending me a contract upon completion submission of the $250 deposit (deposit would cover up to of 3 attempts to serve).Upon submission of my $250 deposit I had to email them multiple times asking for the contract which was never provided as stated and required continuous further follow up in regards to my service. That Friday I called the office to once again to request the contract and ask when they were going to make their first attempt. Tina said they would try either today or tomorrow. I called the following Monday to question why I was charged the whole $250 when it was supposed to be a hold which they reported Completing the proof of service the same Friday I called. When I received the bill for $213 I called the office as this was not what we agreed and there's no way they did more than one attempt. Tina then lied about making multiple attempts to serve and additional steps which she already told me would not be necessary since they had a pass to get on base. I also spoke to the individual serves who also has confirmed her lie in regards to the difficulty of service. They lied, overcharged me and provided a terrible service...Most unprofessional and unethical business I've had to deal with in sometime!
