First off! Suing someone is extremely stressful! Most process servers are expensive and give you the run around. Rachel and her team reduce the stress by a million. Rachael is the sweetest human being. I was stuck in a last minute predicament where someone needed to be served legal papers on such short notice due to a courthouse mishap. I called her right up after my initial plan failed and reaching out to other places to no avail. She was away on an emergency and she still went above and beyond to help me get the job done. I could not thank her enough for saving me from a lot of stress. She's very personal and professional, so I would definitely reach out to her again if her services are ever needed in the future.

Rachael at Integrity Hawaii is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met. She gets the job done and is top notch in regards to communicating everything every step of the process. Rachael went above and beyond when I needed assistance and even took my call to advise me as best as she could even though it was to no benefit to her years after she had found my ex husband and served him divorce papers. Her quality of work is outstanding and she is so compassionate and understanding. She gave me as many resources as she could regarding my circumstances and told me to reach out again if I needed anything. She helped a mother with three little ones who is scared and not sure what to do or who to go to. Thank you Rachael for everything! One of the best investigators in the islands. Mahalo nui!

If you want things to get done, these are the people you want to call. I cannot say enough great things about Rachael and her associates at Integrity Hawai'i. My boyfriend and I were having a hard time serving his soon to be ex-wife who was uncooperative and being difficult with the divorce process. Of all the many process serving companies We called, Rachael is the only one that answered. And from that moment she got straight to work. It was so easy and affordable. We live on Kauai and needed to serve someone on Oahu. All we did was provide the documents and some info and they took care of the rest. They were amazing with keeping us informed throughout the process while being available to answer any questions or concerns. You will not be disappointed I promise.

I've never left a yelp review for anything but this is a must for me. I was in dire need of a process server and nobody answered my call. I called over 20 numbers from from a process server directory and Integrity Hawaii was the only one to answer my call. I met with Rachael a few hours after she answered my call and the job was done an hour later. You will NOT be disappointed. 10 stars our of 5!

I imagine that for some private investigators ...you're just a client and your crisis is just $ in their pocket. Well not this PI. I felt like she was a close friend that wanted to help me...a close friend with skills...skills that make her a nightmare for people who don't value truth ;) Rachel went above and beyond and there is no one I would trust more with any future investigative work. Highly recommended.

Wow! I usually never write reviews but then again I hardly ever come across someone so professional, knowledgable, experienced, thorough and also compassionate. My niece looked up phone numbers of some Investigation companies but I didn't feel confident with any of them until I got ahold of Integrity. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any investigations or documents served. I got my issue handled faster and she was way more thorough than I thought or even paid for. I like that they also specialize in helping the elderly because she helped me so much with the people who were supposed to be working for my Nana. They take the time, are trustworthy, thorough and hardworking. The best customer service I have gotten in so long!! Thank you for helping me in the many ways you did.
