Not only did the Interprobe team locate him after three other agencies couldn't, they put me and my attorney in touch with him within a few hours. I give this company 1 star because during the initial call to this company they listen to my request and forward me to the pi whom could help me but never returned my call for service. Did not understand there reply due to never getting anyone to answer there phone or return my call. Over all this is not the way to do business or customer service.

After 20 years in the private investigation business and a staunch consumer advocate, I highly recommend Private Investigator, Kevin Hooks and his investigation agency, Interprobe, Inc. (based in Fairfax, VA) for all your investigative needs. There are four main factors consumers need to consider before contracting with a private investigation agency. They are: Experience, Cost, Adequate Staffing and Results. Interprobe has been in business for over two decades as evidenced by the agency's license #11-1223, that speaks to the wealth of experience Kevin brought to his agency and gained during that time. All Virginia agency licenses begin with "11", but the higher the second set of numbers (now around ten thousand) such indicates much less time in the business, and may also mean less business or vital other experience. In such cases, investigators make their way up and over the learning curve, often at clients' expense. Interprobe's first class services are offered on both a flat fee and hourly rate basis depending on type of service. If an agency is unable to readily quote reasonable fees, then most likely there is not enough industry knowledge, practical training as a PI, and related business experience. Interprobe's hourly rate is more than fair, is often lower than industry standard for a major metro area.... and simply cannot be beat in comparison to the slim few agencies considered competition. This is, in part, because of the high level of client satisfaction resulting in repeat clients and, therefore, volume that allows Interprobe to keep their prices very affordable. Many, if not most, licensed investigative agencies in Virginia are 'one-man shops'. These agencies are owned, operated and investigations are often conducted by a single, registered private investigator, who may or may not be highly experienced in your type of investigation. Not all PI's have the same types of experience and some agencies are part-time endeavors, never a good sign in this business. Very few Northern Virginia agencies specialize in domestic relations, or employ properly trained private investigator staff. This is most likely due to the fact these agencies experience less volume -- to support salaries in this highly competitive business. When it comes to surveillance, especially mobile or 'moving', there must be adequate staff to assure success in getting the subject from "Point A to Point B", such as in heavy traffic. There are no do-overs in many cases. Many one-man-shops are known for accepting surveillance assignments, but do not provide additional investigators to assure success, especially with highly specialized domestic relations/divorce/child custody investigations. If determining a need for additional investigators, or a case requires rapid response, Interprobe is more than capable of providing competent staff, thus increasing probability of success and getting the job done both efficiently and economically. Results are what clients expect when contracting for professional services, and results are what clients will receive with Interprobe. I used a variety of Interprobe's services over the years because results were always delivered. Kevin is certified in relevant disciplines, and highly knowledgeable of laws relative to a wide variety of investigations, both civil and criminal -- imperative for gathering proper evidence, that is, after all, the results for which clients pay. Interprobe is a mainstay for many attorneys throughout the area; and is an agency upon which many other private investigators also rely for specialized assistance. Also licensed in D.C., with capabilities in MD, there is, in my professional experience, no other agency in the DC. Metro area having the technical expertise, to include use of highly sophisticated electronic equipment, having access to hard to obtain records, with contacts around the U.S. and internationally.
