When I hired Mark, I was in the middle of a very scary situation. Initially, I was very reluctant to work with a private investigator, but it did not take long for me to realize I could trust Mark. He was incredibly professional, kind, understanding, and did a wonderful job. He communicated with me frequently and put so much effort into my case. In addition to doing a fantastic job, he exhibited genuine concern for my well-being. My experience with Mark was entirely positive (excluding the reason I needed a private investigator) and I would 100% absolutely work with him again in the future.
