I am a retired police officer. I served with the San Francisco Police Department for 25 years, and I served with the San Francisco Sheriff's Department for 2 years. In those years as a Police Officer, I worked in various details, such as: Street Patrol, Narcotic Enforcement, Fugitive Recovery, School Resource Officer, and the Special Victims Unit, where I investigated domestic violence, elder abuse, and sexual assault. I'm very passionate about investigating and have been ever since becoming a Police Officer. Helping people in their times of need, continues to be a part of my life, and always will be. I lived and worked in San Francisco for most of my life, and take pride in helping and serving those citizens, to resolve their problems and to find fairness and justice in their situations.

I am a registered Process Server and I serve summons and complaints, temporary restraining orders, subpoenas, and various other documents required by statute. As a private investigator, I specialize in handling domestic cases and private family matters. I can also assist attorneys with interviewing victims, witnesses, and suspects and retrieve court documents. I accept cases within the Bay Area. Pricing for process serving: $65 for each person being served, $75 for restraining orders or rush service. These must be prepaid via cash or PayPal. Law offices may pay by check. Additional fees: printing more than 10 pages for documents ($0.10/page), if notarization is required (approx $15), postage, etc.
Established in 2017. After retiring from San Francisco Police Department, I wanted to continue with investigations and decided to start my Private Investigation and Process Serving business.

I emailed the first 3 listings for process servicing and the first reply back within the hour was Jessie, like he said in his description. We set up a place to meet and go over the paper work and went on my way. As for left I got a second response from a second server over 16 hours after they said within an hour, didn't hear back from the third. So, I left and I get a text from Jessie at 4:30 saying he had served my papers. WOW. I'm two days he went a filed the papers for me too! What a deal! Have zero doubts and trust Jessie. A total pro and a great human being. Was not expecting this experience at all. Thank you Jessie!
