I noticed that any review that wasn't 5 star was removed. In general, I can't go into details, but pretty much James is a really sweet guy that talks you up, takes your deposit and then didn't even send a report. NOTHING. Having had a background in investigations, I actually did most of the work for him, and provided him with extensive details. Due to the sensitive nature of what I needed him to do, I received nothing - no photos, no reports, nothing. His dad was supposedly very ill and he was taking care of his dad, and there was covid, so he pretty much disappeared. $300+ out of my pocket later, I got NOTHING for the money paid. CASH. It will teach me to do better homework on people I hire. Its taking advantage of someone going through a very crappy situation and leaving them hanging. Fortunately for me, I have good friends that helped figure out the puzzle and provide information very helpful for my attorney. I wish he had not been so unprofessional and just disappear. Like my other review that I didn't want to go into detail and another review I read a couple of weeks ago. He made them disappear. Not cool. So just be aware, get a contract IN WRITING, don't pay in cash without a receipt and make sure he doesn't disappear. I think the ONLY review here was written by someone who knows him because we was NOT professional. Discreet, who knows. Professional? NO. No follow up, nothing
