I gave JD Lone Star Protective Unit $2500 in May after texting them to investigate and provide me with AV and background checks to see if my son was selling drugs off of my PROPERTY. I was texting with Julie, and she confirmed receiving my text that said don't send anyone over without first contacting me. I had many reasons for this, but my main reason was for their safety. I needed to tell them that my son was currently not around, I needed to see if they needed a photo of him, and I needed to tell them that he was thrown out of the house and only allowed in it when his mother was with him. Two days after receiving my money, just after I texted my new number to them. I had to dropped AT&T because a week and a half before my payment was due to them, I visited their local office and gave them my new debit card number and asked to be put on Auto pay also. They told me both were taken care of before I left but ended up shutting my phone off for non-payment a week and half later and when I went back to the local office, they wanted me to pay $5 extra for their mistake. I switched to Consumer Cellular and in 2 days was able to get my new number to ~50 different contacts including JD [no undelivered message]. I am unable to contact them and am still trying to reach them. If anyone can get Julie and/or Stepanie's last name and address so I can take them to court, please contact me on FB {Jeffrey Swetz}. These 2 women preceded to doctor up evidence by using dark mode on their cellphone which hid the date and time of the messages so it would look like they didn't acknowledge my message to CONTACT ME FIRST in time, which they ignored and then they tripled the font size of my old number and accused me of not responding to mail and emails which they never sent. Meanwhile while they're telling this fairy tale to my bank and not even asking for my contact information making no attempt to contact me to date 7 months later, I am at my bank on speaker phone dialing their number and now it's a different business. I have now tried at least 5 different numbers to reach these crooks, one was a fax only number, the original number supposedly first was another business when I called on speaker phone at my bank and later was no longer in service, another was not taking calls at this time. They provided me with nothing I asked for in writing, lied to my bank. came to the conclusion that my son wasn't selling drugs out of the HOUSE which I knew and had taken care of 2 years earlier. Don't hire these people, I will offer a reward for their last names and a current address so they can explain it all in court.
