Established in 2007. J&R Folino, LLC, Investigation Services is owned and operated by John and Rosalie Folino. John is an experienced private investigator and veteran of thirty-five years with the New York State Police, retiring with the rank of Colonel. He utilizes his experience in criminal and non-criminal investigations in conjunction with modern investigation techniques and equipment to assure the highest quality of service to the Client. Rosalie is a licensed and experienced paralegal/investigator.
