I requested the Expedited Service: 10/10 First Attempt within 48 Hours Once Assigned Per Person / Per Address First 25 Pages Included 3 Attempts per Address Date & Time Stamp Info Morning, Afternoon & Evening Attempts Affidavit/Proof of Service Included Stakeout Service Available Skip Trace Service Available Ten out of ten outstanding service. Their team was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They were diligent in their service attempts and documentation, and communication was clear throughout the entire process. They handled everything promptly and provided a thorough Declaration of Diligence, which was extremely helpful for court. I will absolutely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing process service.

Attempted to upcharge me after service because under Florida law (§ 48.031(5), Fla. Stat.) I also need the summons signed with process server's initials and time and date of service. This company is an absolute unprofessional disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

After the sheriff successfully served the defendant, I received notification from the sheriff's office that an order had been placed from LawServePro for the same service. When I contacted LawServePro to clarify the situation and discuss the overlapping efforts, the owner explained their perspective on how such assignments are handled, including their use of local process servers. While the documents were ultimately served (by the sheriff), I was disappointed by the lack of clear prior communication about potential overlaps with sheriff attempts and how assignments are coordinated. As someone who hires private process servers specifically when official channels face difficulties, I expected more straightforward coordination to avoid redundant orders or confusion. Based on this experience, I would not recommend LawServePro at this time and plan to use alternative providers for future needs.

I submitted a request for process service of a 30-day notice to vacate in OKC on 3/1. It was still not served by 3/6 when I hired another company who served it in hours for a fraction of the cost. They are absolutely worthless schmucks. Not to mention that they over charged and would not refund even though they never served. DO NOT SPEND HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY. GO LOCAL.

I paid Joe Horton to have 5 different cases served on my behalf. On the 6th case, I paid him over $900 to have the opposing parties served, but they weren't because I told him to wait. I had him wait until I filed in Superior Court because the U.S. District Court dismissed the case to have me file in Superior Court. Now that I have the case filed in Superior Court, Joe Horton refused to have the opposing parties served demanding that I pay again for the same parties to be served to which I flatly refused. He claims that I said to "keep the money" as if he gets "free money", however, in the same sentence I told him to wait until I refile in Superior Court in order for him to effect service. This man has no honor and I highly recommend against using his services! I am now disputing the charges for fraud since he refuses to serve those parties without demanding double payment for not doing anything! UPDATE: Joe Horton attempts to justify his failure to perform, but this is fraud. I advised him specifically to "wait" verbatim in email, so that I can refile. Service was not effected on any of the last 3 jobs I paid him for prior to me refiling in another court.

Stay away from this company. I was assured upfront that they would be able to serve an individual who is currently incarcerated, and that promise was the only reason I moved forward. After taking my payment, the company failed to complete the service. I was later told they could not serve the person because they are "not an officer." As a professional process‑serving company, they should have known the rules and limitations before accepting my money. This situation is completely unacceptable. The individual to be served is not on the run, and the rules of a prison are standard and well‑known. Any competent company in this field should be fully aware of the proper procedures. I am a military veteran, and I find this experience to be extremely distasteful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was not offered a proper refund or any meaningful resolution. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Choose a different service provider who understands their own job and is honest about what they can and cannot do.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hired Joe Horton of Law Serve Pro to conduct three skip traces. All three results were inaccurate. One report identified a completely different individual with the same name, and the other two provided incorrect addresses. After discovering these errors, I requested a refund for two of the skip traces. This request was denied. Instead, responsibility was attributed to standard disclaimers, and I was told the inaccuracies were due to information I provided, which I do not believe was the case. In my view, greater care should have been taken to verify the accuracy of the results before delivering them. The work appeared to rely on unverified or outdated data, without sufficient quality control. Response to Owner: After we talked on the phone, if you knew you couldn't deliver what I was asking for, then you should have rejected the work, instead of repeating your disclaimer. That shows low integrity. It's clear that you have outdated methodologies that are very over priced. I recommend you stop offering this service. I got results within 4 hours, which is great. But the results were done hastily and with no consideration of if they results are accurate. There was no verification or attention to detail.

This place is terrible! Don't waste your money. They sent me a sworn Affidavit of posting after I used them to attempt personal service for which I received a "Notarized" Affidavit of Non Service that I used to get Alternate Service in a Texas Court. Now they want me to pay them again for service by posting again and request (and pay for notarization) I'd give them less than 1 Star if at all possible.
