We started using Key Services for our Denver metro area process service needs over 30 years ago, and we still use them today. They have good customer service, and they get the job done. They have undertaken many rush and difficult projects for us with success. I highly recommend them!

I called Key Services. They told me that every attempt would cost around $50 dollars and that a skip trace would be $250. I could afford that, so I went for the attempts. Then I went to another process server, their skip trace was $80 and I got the defendant served. Key Services told me that they use a more in depth system then any other process server, when I was shopping around, all the other process severs told me they all use the same. I did record the call with Key Services, so everything they told me has been documented. The last review I left, Key Services contacted me and ask I take it down, no 1st ammendment rights. They also brought up the fact that a check I wrote them bounced but, I sent them a money order and squared it away. My complaint is that they charge too much and say they use a different system then all the other services. I ended up using a great process server that was tremendous. It's on my page.

Our law firm has been a loyal customer of Key Services for over 20 years and I have had direct dealings with the company for the past 11 years. It is our firm's exclusive provider of process services in the Denver metro area. They will also pull motor vehicle records and perform address searches and skip tracing services. Key Services is familiar with all of the local rules regarding service of process. They are persistent, thorough, efficient, and honest. The lines of communication are always open and they will be sure to ask questions before making assumptions. They will also be in touch with you if the charges will exceed the initial expectations due to unforeseen circumstances or if someone is avoiding service. The Key Services team is prompt, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this trustworthy family-run business.
