I was in need of an investigator to help with a court case and was referred to The Klein Group. I never used an investigator before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism; they listened to me, and understood and respected the outcome I was hoping for. At the same time they were also personable; I felt that they sincerely cared about my issue and honestly wanted to help. They asked all the right questions, made suggestions about what additional areas could be looked into and why, and delivered a comprehensive end product of which I was extremely pleased. My interactions with The Klein Group investigators were positive from beginning to end. I believe anyone in need of an investigator should seriously consider The Klein Group; you'll be happy you did! I've never thought I'd reach out to a private investigator for anything in my life. But an event in life happened which led to an associate referring Avi Klein to me. I'm really glad I reached out, contacting Mr. Klein has changed my life. About Avi Klein: He was patient, kind, VERY honest, open, informative and knew exactly where to start. He was able to obtain information within an hour that I couldn't gather in over 20 years. My reasons for reaching out were personal and very emotional. Mr. Klein demonstrated a highly skilled professional empathy that I'm (still) astounded by. The words that come to mind are 'amazing' and 'genuine'. He asked the right questions at the right time, with clear and genuine concern of the weight some of those questions. Allowing me the space to feel strongly and continue to answer only when I was ready, without pressure and through gentle inquiries at the right moments to keep the investigation moving. Life changing: Due to circumstances in my life, I have no photos of a relative that passed long ago. I reached out to Mr. Klein on a whim to see if there was a way to get a photo of any kind. He responded quickly and sincerely. In a VERY short amount of time, I was looking at information that included family I never knew about. He had found my family tree and relatives I never knew I had. I'm waiting for the emotional fortitude to start reaching out to relatives and introduce myself. This is a huge thing for me, because I had grown up in a small, closed off family unit and was not told anything of other relatives. I had gone through my life, up to this point believing that I had little to no family at all. Mr. Klein did a little preliminary leg-work and did not charge for the initial information found. What he did do: gave me ways to reach out and other methods to finding a photo of my relative. He was very honest and his care and concern was genuine in a way that is not seen enough in people. For whatever reason you find yourself needing the services of a PI, whether an attorney or a person like me, seeking an investigator for personal reasons, I cannot recommend Mr. Klein strongly enough. At the very least, reach out to him yourself, I'm confident that your search will end once you begin contact with Mr. Klein.
