Update: After ghosting me for two full weeks despite multiple emails from me asking for an update, she finally replied to me that my papers had been served. This was several days after I had already hired another process server to serve the papers, which I then had to scramble to cancel. Updating my review from one star to two because they did get the papers served, but I still DO NOT recommend working with this business as they are unreliable and will waste your time.

I should give zero start if I can. I contact the company on 5/17 asking to deliver legal document to city of Gilroy. It looks good at first Kimberly accept my request. However after that, I never get any update. I call twice each time she told me she is going to give me updates right way. But you will never get any update. Now today 5/31 she write an email to me say she will move my case forward. I told her, it is too late, I already have other process server to finish the job. Then she email me like this: "You should have said you were putting it out to someone else. Now I have to pay my server. That's what I get for not getting paid in advance.Shame on me for trusting you" It is so ridiculous.

It only gets better! After Kimberly filed the court papers, set up our court date and did the process serving all super fast, I asked her for help in preparing me for this court appearance. She set up a Zoom meeting and we went over the entire case. She told me what to expect, what paperwork to prepare--and how to prepare it. She clarified facts of my case and informed me of aspects of this case I never would have thought of. This was incredibly helpful!! Kimberly even agreed to go over all of this again with me as we get closer to the court date. I can't state clearly enough how much stress this saved me. Kimberly is one of those few professionals who not only knows her field of expertise, but she actually cares about her clients. Look no further...You have found the best paralegal in the business!!

Kimberly did a rush serve for me first thing in the morning and got it done after two previous failed attempts by other servers. A little luck also came into play. But she's perfect as a process server because nobody suspects she is one! Thank you so much for your speed and reliability!

As someone who's never been involved with the law or served anyone before, Kimberly was amazingly quick. The person I was serving had multiple criminal cases pending, and had been all over the news in the recent days. I had doubts that anyone could track him down at his multiple locations, much less get him to open the door, but she did it and served him in less than 24 hours. Very professional, reasonable prices. Even met me at my work to receive the paperwork when I couldn't leave and didn't have access to a scanner.

I was and still so impressed with Kimberly and her quick very very quick accuracy and delivery , I had two people to serve without either party knowing that the other had been served , I called a few other companies and they justed wanted my credit card and all I got was a maybe ....if we dont get them they will have to charge me alot more everytime they tried . And to charge me an extra 200 because it was a couple I was trying to serve NOT KIMBERLY she jumped in both feet had both people served at the exact same time two different locations the very next day . She executed this so fast and accurate I would say to anyone in need of fast accurate reliable dependable with no upsales , Call Kimberly Lutjen, shes amazing and made what looked like a complicated serve , a walk in the park Thank you Kimberly and team ...one last thing I am in New England and she was so honest and did not take advantage of me not being in the bay area SO even if you are out of state and need her help , she is very very trustworthy . After hiring three different process servers to serve someone ... All of whom failed yet charged me high rates - Kimberly Lutjen got the job done quickly and for a good rate. She was prompt getting the original summons signed and returned to me and was an all around pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately for me, I am an attorney in Massachusetts not California. So, I cannot use Ms. Lutjen all the time. But, if I did practice in California she would be my number one process server. I give her five stars!!
