just now-Edit I hired this company to help me with my investigation. I am in the process of evicting the tenant from hell, who scammed at least 4 people before me. The owner of this company promised me to deliver in 24 to 48 hours the comprehensive background report, licence plate number and the most importantly information of my tenant's verification of employment. He told me he knows someone at Chrysler corporate office and it will be no problem to get this information. I paid for his services total of $345 on 11/12/18. I explained to him that my deadline is 11/27/18, I had the court hearing on that day. His assistant delivered to me 1 page of "uncomprehensive" report literally 15 minutes before my hearing, and the report that I obtained on line by myself for $22 contained a lot more information than the one I paid to this PI $175. The licence plate information was sent to me on 11/30/18. Also, he accused me of calling my credit card company and putting stop payment , which was ridiculous lie.I have lost thousands of dollars and will have to put thousands of dollars into restoring my house once I will take the possession of my property. This $345 is a small change in compare what my losses are. He informed me that he is not going to provide me with employment verification. I think he used it as an excuse because he was not able to get this info. Also he was pushing me to spend even more $$$ on unnecessary GPS placement, about $349a week, plus $50 to put GPS and remove it, which I refused to do. The bottom line, the business dealing of this PI agency and it's owner is very unethical, I feel I have been scammed by him. My advise to you, do your own research, be your own PI and attorney and you can get a lot more results in more efficient way and you will spend 10 times less $$ than hiring this company.

Quick, Timely Results! I contacted Koda and Mr. Gilbert as I had reason to doubt the personal credibility of a person that a family member was seeing at the time. Very impressive report that listed issues of great concern followed - and quickly, too! In short, my concerns were validated with his lengthy, detailed report. I know that there are many services online that promise a lot, but, when it matters this much, I didn't want to put the potential safety and security of a family member in the hands of a nameless, faceless person from some online site. No way. Mr. Gilbert kept in touch and kept me fully informed as to the projected date of the report and was very patient and concerned in answering my many questions. I was impressed with his genuine concern for my case and his professionalism. Highly recommended!!
