LaSalle Process Servers LP has been serving the legal community since 1944 and are family owned and operated. We are one of the oldest private process serving companies in Chicagoland. Our servers have over 100 cumulative years of process serving experience, many of our servers and office staff having well over 20 years experience in the field. A founding member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, established in 1982. These people haven't a clue what they are doing. I am constantly having to call when I receive receipts of service to confirm which parties have been/were not served. Disorganized, rude and unwilling to perform service in collar counties or even some of the more remote parts of Chicago and the outlying suburbs. I would not recommend them for any plaintiff's work. Bad decision.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Given a price quote for filing document and needed them back same day. Their fee schedule says $60.00 surcharge for same day service. Unfortunately my surcharge was $156.00. Bill was almost double the quote. Scammers. Do not use.

Sent an e-mail inquiring about rates to which they replied that they did not "deal" with 'prose' litigants. I pointed out that I was represented by an attorney and that 'pro se' was two words, unless of course they were trying to specify that they refused to work with litigants who wrote in ordinary language with no metric structure. I guess they didn't find that funny because they didn't reply back or answer my request for a referral.

i just recently used lasalle process servers and they exceeded my expectations! they did exactly what i asked them too and even got the job done on the first attempt! if ever in need of process ever again, i will most def. be going back to them. as for their prices, they are a little higher then normal but very much so worth it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and horribly rude and beyond unprofessional. He refused to accept an email with the docs to be served (we've used process server around the country and this is the first time that someone refuse to accept email). He also won't serve until he received a check from us via overnight mail (again - highly unusual as we've never had a process server - even one we haven't previously worked with - refuse to do work without overnight delivery of a check). He was so rude that I told him that I couldn't work with him and then google to find another competent process server.
