One month later and still no call back from this company. I even called the company's headquarters in another state. I asked the assistant to speak to the owner of the company and she said he would call me back. I explained everything to her. Guess what, no call! This company is horrible! I ended up having to drive down to the company to speak to someone. I went into Clayton's office and he told me he only had five minutes to talk and he needed to leave. His office smelled disgusting! There were cigarettes laying around everywhere. So unprofessional! I ask Clayton for the status of the process serving. He said they were done. I asked if they followed the parameters of serving after 8 PM on Monday through Saturday and anytime on a Sunday. Clayton said that was very unreasonable. I was shocked. I reminded him that I left those instructions with his assistant, Arlinda and I had also emailed them to him and he even acknowledged in the email. He said that was not true. I pulled up the emails on my phone and showed them to him. He told me then they would attempt to serve one more time. I couldn't believe this. So unprofessional! It took one and a half months for the company to make five serving attempts. What a joke! Clayton told me they would file the process of non-service form. Today I called the court to confirm that it was filed and guess what? The company never filed the form. So ridiculous! And on top of that, the defendant was not able to be served and I believe it was because they did not follow the timeframe parameters that I instructed. Now I need to find another process server. It's like I'm starting all over again from square one and lost the $100 I paid LawGistic Partners.
