I hired Legal Process of Tennessee USA to serve someone with the promise of completion within a few days. It's been longer than expected, and I haven't received any updates. Calls go unanswered, and I feel completely left in the dark. If the job gets done, I'll gladly revise this review, but so far, I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-through.

I am an attorney out of state and needed prompt personal service in Nashville, TN, and found this firm online. I was able to quickly load several documents needing to be served. James called and service was immediately arranged and completed quickly. I received a complete affidavit of service and was able to pay online after service was completed. I highly recommend this business..
