His experience and professionalism are clear, and he consistently took the time to explain things and make sure everything was handled properly. I am in the midst of evicting a tenant, and I am so glad I looked for a constable (instead of a lawyer) and found this particular constable, Christopher Waites. As every reviewer except for one (he must have been calling the wrong number) (Christopher's number is 617 391 8517) has said, Christopher ALWAYS picks up the phone, and he is always helpful, informed, direct, and responsive. The only problems we had were because of me and my technological incapabilities uploading necessary documents, and Christopher could not have been more patient. At the end of my trials and errors, with his continued help, I was able to virtually send to him all the documents needed. It was Friday afternoon at 4pm. He has a crew of constables ready to go; by 5:30pm, the documents were delivered to my tenant and I had the proof of service, plus all the documents, in my phone. Hard copies arrived in a few days. I will be calling him in the morning to begin the next round of notice to my tenant. I have full confidence that I will be well guided by Christopher Waites.

I called them about the service I needed. They sent me an email saying that the payment link was supposed to be sent along with or attached but it wasn't for at the least the next two days. Since I did not receive a payment link I reached out to another service to be quoted and their price was 3 times less than what this company was charging me. I figured this all out during a busy weekend so was looking to reach out to this company's service on Tuesday to let them know I'd go out with another company. My husband reached out for me since I have a busy schedule and they answered the phone basically threatening him to court and that they would report me to my command (i am military) because I had not paid for the service yet but they decided to do the service anyway which is confusing. Anyway they are threatening us when all we are trying to do is get an understand of what the hell is happening and how they decided to do the service for me although I never paid for it or said go ahead? They said they had read receipts but i didnt log into my military email on the weekend. I eventually got the service payment link but since I wasnt plnning to move forward with them I didnt pay at first , I gave them the information they needed but that wasn't my consent if you ask me. Anyway in conclusion their customer service is horrid. They got the job done but i recommend calling other constables cause their service is overpriced. So basically we got maniupulated into choosing them to do our service.

I want to commend Officers Christopher Waites and Christian Antoniazzi for their excellent service in helping to guide me through a lease non-renewal and final walk through with an extremely difficult tenant who had been very intimidating toward me during her tenancy and was angry that I no longer wanted to rent to her. There was a lot of drama with her right until the last minute. Chris helped keep me calm during the final weeks of the tenancy, and Christian got my keys back. I highly recommend both officers and the Mass. Constable Service for any landlord who is dealing with similar tenant issues. They are very knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to these highly stressful situations. In fact, using their service is the best way to serve a notice of lease non-renewal because it guarantees 100% that the tenant received the notice.

As a landlord I feel laws in Mass are unfair...especially when you get tenants who have learned and worked the system...It is an anxious time to evict not coz its loss of money but the stress along with your full time jobs as a small landlord...Then comes msconstable service, and officers like Chris Waites who are like antidepressants in such times....They helped us through the process so well and have a team that did not overcharge us and worked with us time and again to comfort us in this stressful time. I have used them twice already and would continue to use and recommend.

MA Constable Service and Chris ( my Constable) are a MUST HAVE resource for landlords like myself. I was recently faced with a nightmare tenant eviction situation, and was lucky enough to come across MA constable. They got my eviction done without the (expensive and unnecessary) costs of an eviction attorney. I had a couple renting they got divorced and the wife decided who was not working decided to stay and not pay rent but told me to get it from the husband who she kicked out. It was a nightmare situation but Massachusetts Constable Service showed me the way and served the notice. Luckily she understood that eviction will take a short time so she moved out . Thank you. Highly recommend.
