Greg Urroz and Jennifer Aymong (so-called equity partners) at Maricopa County Process Service PLLC did not treat me as a valued customer on several occasions. Recently, the company attempted to overcharge me for service of a complaint and summons upon a defendant in my case. The method of charging for service was unclear and the employees mislead me about the service covered by the fee. Whenever I raised my concerns about the extra charge to the Greg Urroz, he refused to rectify the situation, provided endless self-serving explanations, dismissed me as a customer (he literally said that we should "part ways"), and, at the same time, bragged that their "service is actually better now than ever." Ha! It's not better from my point of view. Immediately prior to the above service issue, I hired them to serve other defendants in a different case. They screwed that service up as well causing major delays in the case and costing my clients excessive fees. I would strongly not recommend Maricopa County Process Service, PLLC - there are so many better choices out there (i.e. any other process server would be a better choice). Note: I had to give them at least one star, which they don't deserve.

I was referred to Maricopa County Process Service from another process server in the Phoenix area. My initial interaction with Greg Urroz was very professional and helpful. However the subsequent interactions with his staff have been the exact opposite. Aaron, in particular, is extremely short and condescending. He is unwilling to answer any questions regarding the status of the job- as if a simple conversation is bothersome to him. Given the costumer service I have received up to this point- I would choose another one of the many process servers in the area!!

The WORST ever! It is a huge mistake to trust this agency! " ZERO" effort was made to serve an order of protection for me. They waited 5 days before ANY attempt was made. It took 7 days (and some angry phone calls) until I was notified that they had made attempts. NONE were anywhere NEAR the time of day I specified on the form. My money was refunded after I expressed my bitter disappointment in their total LACK of service. Do NOT believe they will serve an order of protection in 24-72 hrs. Do NOT believe they will follow instructions on the best time of day to serve. Do NOT believe you will be notified when an attempt is made. Do NOT believe your important papers are important to them.
