Disappointed. They were all over the case at first, and then.... nothing. When I was finally able to get ahold of Robin to see what was going on, she told me to schedule an update with her staff. I have called and left messages and I have emailed and asked if there were any leads or hope, no response. I really liked the people on her staff and Robin herself is a no bs kind of woman that I respect. Just heart broken that I put myself in debt and trust people that give you hope and then don't even tell you what was done or call and say sorry..... we tried but there is no hope? Who takes someone's money for a job and then never gives that person some kind of closure? I do blame myself for going into debt, that was my choice, but they gave me hope and said I had a strong case, which it kind of felt once the attorney said there was no one to sue for money..... that was it... end of story...... as I emphasized to everyone to include the attorney, I just wanted my Cat Minion to come home. I will say this team started out with a fire under them to help me out, but the fire faded fast. Maybe this company is good for you, but this was just my experience and my opinion. Update: shortly after I posted this, I received an email that simply said to come get my case file. I responded with the fact that I had no means of transportation nor money to come get my file and asked if it could be sent to me. No response. Still have not gotten my file.

My family really needed extra support in handling a very important criminal case. Not only was Robin and her team professional they were deeply concerned about justice! My family was hit a disturbing, blow, and although our legal representation was rated the "Best", when your family member is charged serious accusations that will destroy their life and ultimately your life, it is PARAMOUNT to have all hands on deck! Robin and her team of professionals, jumped in tenaciously digging deeper into all parts of our case. Thinking outside the box is an understatement, uncovering things to assist our case put hope into a reality ! Martinelli Investigations, Robin and her Team provides valid, tangible, evidence the police fail to find or perhaps overlooked. I am most thankful for Robin and personal hand in reuniting my family! I secure Robin to do a job for me and it was done. She was pleasant and she answered the phone each time I called her. Her fee was a little steep, I thought, but you get what you pay for. Thanks to her and her team, my issue was resolved.
