I recommend their services they got my ex served after a few attempts she had been hiding from the sheriff and previous server. I previously posted but for some reason it only posted 1 star... these guys deserve a 5 star rating for the service they performed.... that's why I'm reposting my review... I noticed Tammy N. gave a very positive review also and again yelp listed 1 star. If you want great service call Maryland Process Server, mike is the go to guy

I used Maryland Process Server out of North Beach, MD (Metro Process). After paying for a few failed attempts to serve a lease termination notice to one of my tenants with another process server and the post office incorrectly had a minor sign for Restricted Certified Mail, I still had no proper legal service of my documents. I needed action and found Metro Process in North Beach. Their website appeared very professional and they had been in business a long time. When I phoned them, they were wonderful to work with. I had my documents in their hand the same day and my tenant was served with a proper legal service that will hold up in court that same evening. They called me afterwards to provide details and confirmation and am now waiting for the affidavit to come by mail. If I EVER have a need for legal document delivery in the future, there will NO doubt who I will call.

We used Maryland Process Server to serve a Writ of Summons for Small Claims Court on a tenant of ours back in 2013. It was done as expected in a timely manner and professionally documented. So we did not think twice to call them again in 2015 when we needed a different tenant severed a Writ of Summons to appear in Small Claims Court in Upper Marlboro, Md for failure to pay her rent (over $6,000 owned). We hired Maryland Process Service on May 17, 2015 to serve our new defendant for a trail scheduled for July 9, 2015. We received Maryland Process Servers "Affidavit of Service" dated 5/22/2015, which we also forwarded to Court. On the trail day the defendant claimed she had not been served! The Court Judge then, based on her statement and even with Maryland Process Services affidavit of service on file, advised us that "Proof of Service" was required to continue the civil case. The Judge then further advised us that we should have the individual from Maryland Process Servicer who served our defendant appear in Court to confirm service. A new court date for "Hearing on Motion" was setfor August 11, 2015. That day (July 9th) after leaving Court we contacted Maryland Process Service by phone and spoke to "Jack." Jack and we agreed that they could (1) have her served again (at not added cost); or we advised "Jack" that the Judge said to have the person who served her attest to it in court. My husband and I also explained that it may be wise to follow the Judge's advise to have the server appear in Court. So my husband and I, as a follow-up had a UPS Subpoena mailed by the Court on July 23, 2015 to Maryland Process Servicer ℅ Michael Freeman, to advise them that we wished to have the appropriate person appear to testify as to proof of service to our defendant. MARYLAND PROCESS SERVICE DID NOT PICK UP THE UPS SUBPOENA SENT BY THE COURT AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE COURT DATE AT ALL. SINCE THAT DAY WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE MANY TIMES AND CONTINUE TO GET ONLY A RECORDER BUT NO RETURN CALLS TODATE! WE HAVE NOW HAD TO GO TO "SAME DAY PROCESS SERVICE" OF WASHINGTON,D.C. TO TRACK OUR DEFENDANT DOWN and re serve her again SINCE SHE HAS NOW ATTEMPTED TO VANISH! WE HAVE HAD TO RENEW THE SUMMONS NOW 3 TIMES (August 17, 2015, October 5, 2015 and again November 5, 2015) AND CONTINUE THE CASE INTO 2016. IF WE WERE EVER TO GET THEM TO CONTACT US WE WOULD WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY SIMPLY COULD NOT HAVE TOLD US IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM! WE NOW WANT OUR MONEY BACK . VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED!
