We worked with Don Sazma. After assessing our request, he said that this would be routine work that he could do it for a flat fee. After sending the Paypal funds, it took a week before there was any confirmation that they had been received and he would be starting the work. The "6 hours" maximum that was quoted ended up being spread over another week, mostly during off-business hours, and yielded a few dozen pages of information on a completely different person (different name, SSN, and DOB - pretty basic for a PI firm) than was specified in our original request. When we mentioned that this was unsatisfactory, he said he had already spent too much time on the matter and refused to admit that he had delivered a heap of irrelevant information on the wrong person. This was an unfortunate waste of time and money.
