Established in 2000. Established in 2000 by Scott VanOchten, that worked in Legal Collections for years. In that position, he hired servers to serve documents for the company he managed. Relentless Court Services, Inc. was founded based on all of the things he felt were lacking with many service firms. Lack of urgency, excessive mileage fees, unknown status, sloppy returns, poorly documented diligence, were some of the things he experienced when dealing with others. Since 2000, we have spent the last 20 years, overcoming every complaint legal firms have had while using private process servers. Large or small, we are about each and every client.
