I'm not sure how this business runs. The man in charge is obsessed with himself. I needed to get electronic fingerprints sent to my workplace. He cut me off and went on a tirade about how "I know the fingerprint rules for every state" and that there was no way my workplace would accept electronic fingerprints. I'm frankly not sure why he had to insist this since he obviously does not know where I'm getting a job and their rules while I obviously do. Is this the only thing he can brag about in his life? Unclear and perhaps. During our conversation, which mostly consisted of him talking at me more about his great knowledge of fingerprint laws, he got a phone call, answered it while cutting me off, barked "Can you hold please?" and then immediately scoffed, rolled his eyes, and went back to talking at me.

I called Mills Fingerprint Services to get fingerprints done for a non resident insurance license, and Kosta Bouras made the process so quick and easy. I was even able to get a next day appointment and when I called the morning of the appointment was able to get in a half hour early. I highly recommend Mills Fingerprint Services.

Called for fingerprinting earlier this morning. The man on the phone answered with an abrupt "Hello?" No "thank you for calling" or "Mills fingerprinting how may i help you?" I told him what I was calling about and he immediately told me to come in later that day, didn't ask if that worked for me, basically just ordered me to come in when it worked for him. I told him that wouldn't work for me and asked politely if they had any appointments for tomorrow. He rudely replied "Not unless you gonna pay me 500$ to come in on an off day" Like dude just tell me you arent open saturdays. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this man was. Avoid at all costs.

So. Ratchet. I called in the morning to see if I could get an appointment the day of. The man on the phone was SO rude to me he sounded like he had smoke coming out of his ears when I didn't have my ORI number on hand. I said to him: "why don't I call back when you sound less busy" -_- . I called back about a half hour later and he had calmed down and apologized to me. Could get me in at 3:30 that day. Great. I arrived to the appointment a half hour early. Again, the man in charge was SO unprofessional. He tells me that the system is down for updates and he can't take me until 3:45. Ok. I guess he can't control this, someone in Miami does. THEN he states he needs to go to a meeting at 3:20 to pay his bills and tells me to go to Dunkin Donuts to wait. AYFKM?? In the meantime, he's sent another woman upstairs to take out cash from the ATM because the "credit card system is down" and now he just completely closed down the office?!!!!! How will she pay? Will she ever pay? I dont even know. Finally he takes me. Does the finger prints. Theyre fingerprints nothing to say about them. Then says $150 cash only. So up I go to the ATM. He isn't even going to give me a receipt!! I felt so sketchy about this. He tells me this form I filled out myself is a receipt...no....it's not. I ask for one and he writes down some chicken scratch on company paper. This place made me so angry. I would've gone somewhere else but there was no other place for live scan fingerprints that wasn't over 45 minutes away. Let's hope there are no issues with processing. UGH.!!!!!!!!!

I went there to take fingerprints for a flight school. Initially, they seem to be fairly experienced with the procedure but at the end the finger prints were rejected due to a procedure error. I went there to ask, they refused to refund me the money and they say if I pay they will follow the same procedure... kind of useless to say the least. Save your money and time. Find someone who can actually do the job!

I decided to make a Yelp account just to leave this review so others don't have the same experience. I called ahead and made an appointment to be fingerprinted, but the man did not take my name so I don't know how or if he really planned that I would be there. I arrived early and he was not there. I waited for 20 minutes and an employee of the building was kind enough to call and tell him that I was waiting, and he said he would be there in 10 minutes. I waited 25 more minutes and then had to leave. I wasted 45 minutes of time and a trip to Boston, which was very disappointing since I could not get this service done in my area and now I'm scrambling to find another solution. I wish I had read the reviews because it seems like this isn't the first time this happened.
