Initially, MOTOR CITY LEGAL PROCESS SERVERS made a good impression. After I paid TYLONN BAILEY, he stopped returning my telephone calls and became RUDE, PETTY and VINCTATIVE. For 2 weeks prior to my Court date, I requested a copy of his Proof of Service. He refused to provide that to me which is his job as a Process Server to do so. I asked a neighboring Business to deliver messages to him. On 04/14/2025, 36th District Judge Jeffrey David Kleparek suggested I call Bailey one more time. Bailey picked-up the phone and hung-up once he realized it was me. Kleparek said Bailey should have known better than to act that way to clients. I am in the process of hiring another Process Server to complete the job Bailey should have done.

I have given Motor City Legal a bunch of business and referrals but have their recent service has been horrible. They failed to make three attempts to serve someone within 30 days (service was for 3 attempts in 7 days). They almost completely stopped responding but would butt dial me all the time. Ty then said he would refund me in full but has failed to do that. Highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the 1st time I've ever had to sue anyone so I was completely clueless on the whole Serving Process/etc.. TY was suuuper detailed/knowledgeable, helped me through everything step by step, & very communicative! Very affordable pricing, super fast processing, & such a generous gentleman. If i ever have to serve someone in Michigan again, I would definitely have TY help me again! Thank you so much!
