Unprofessional, Petty, Condescending (say things like "Help me understand" a LOT) overall just a (very) "Ratchet" (I know it's a weird adjective to use in this context, but it fits!) company. Especially when you take into account what service(s) (Legal) they provide to people. Behavior of my colleagues was (for the most part) professional, even if it was constructive criticism. The ONLY time I felt malice was when my boss would talk (down) to me. I would fall behind because of the Paralegals above me withholding affidavits until the last second, then I'd get 15 of them sent through on the same day they were due for court. Which just reflected poorly on me, making it look like I took that long to try and complete the work order.
