Wanted to hire based on resume on indeed. A short meeting at site, just asked a few questions on goals and hired me without any background check or detailed paperwork. I showed up next day for a training day. After making a comment to a fellow officer on use of my expensive smartphone for toco rounds exterior of the property and making it mandatory to use my phone, I was rat out to a supervisor and quickly dismissed after 3 hours of bogus training. Most of the time was spent watching 4 other guards stand at 1 entrance with mass confusion. A complete waste of time and poor working conditions at this site. Management leaves alot to be desired. I also found out that they hire ex-cons for security, another reason for the no background check! Desperate hiring procedures, not worth the effort!!
