Illegally claiming to have served someone when they absolutely did not, and having a court judgement granted to levy bank accounts, for unknown debts for which if you look at the claim, is well beyond the statute of limitations. Whoever runs this place should be arrested for fraud.

As a paralegal in Alaska, I have worked many years with NCPI and its wonderful staff. Straight forward service has always been done timely and efficiently and the more complicated instances are turned over to them with confidence. Communication has always been great, especially with Josh and Lorie. I cannot count the number of times I've relied upon their expertise to get the job done. In fact, I think so highly of the folks at NCPI that they were the first company I thought of when needing service on a personal matter. Again, communication was outstanding, clear and prompt. When you need professionals to get the job done, North Country is highly recommended.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They can't seem to answer direct questions about their business. I had a very rude phone call with Lorie. She is unprofessional and disrespectful. She makes excuses for this business and gives a sob story of why they can't do their job.
