I have been using One Hour Delivery Service for almost 22 years. Their service of process has NEVER been challenged in court. They are diligent, prompt, courteous and efficient. Even with tight deadlines they work with us to get our documents filed. They've helped us serve hard to find witnesses all over the Bay Area and beyond, sometimes on the last day of the deadline. In my 22 years working with them, they've never told me that they couldn't fulfill my request for any reason. Their communication is exceptional -- I always know the status of a serve or filing without having to chase anyone down. In these 22 years they have never let me down.

One Hour is a stand out performer in court related services. I've used them repeatedly over the years and their service is consistently better than other providers. My clients need specific documents on a timely basis and One Hour delivers without fail. I've often said if all the providers were as professional as One Hour my (office) life would be trouble free.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this service, specifically with Krystin. Despite providing clear, written instructions and agreeing to her quoted price, Krystin refused to follow basic directions regarding a court filing. She insisted on her own incorrect assumptions about what was required, even though the necessary forms had already been filed earlier that day. I asked her to speak directly with court clerks familiar with the case (Dennis or Anthony in Dept. 402), and even provided names of the court supervisor and manager in case she had questions -- but she refused. Instead, she disregarded my instructions and blocked the delivery entirely, undermining the urgency and time-sensitive nature of the filing. Krystin's refusal to cooperate, listen, or defer to the party who actually understands the case was completely unprofessional. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to seek out a more reliable and respectful provider.

Kristen Saabye w/One Hour ROCKS!!! She's always extremely helpful and most courteous! As is Kathleen Bautista! I can't say enough good things about both of these SUPER HERO'S as they have come through for me on more than one occasion. If you need SUPERIOR SERVICE look no further than One Hour Delivery Service in Walnut Creek, I certainly don't, they are my go to.

I have used One Hour Delivery for years and am quite satisfied. Kristen Saabye has been excellent help at promptly filing my documents and reliably always communicates to me her receipt of documents, the filing status and when the document is filed. All of the staff communicate well and keep their attitudes calm even though some filings or service requests are high stress endeavors.
