Established in 2011. A former Director of Security for a Top-100 Golf Club, and retired New Jersey State Trooper, John O'Rourke started O'Rourke Initiatives, LLC (ORi) to provide security services to high-end private clubs, high-net worth clientele, and fortune 500 corporations. Since ORi's founding, it has evolved into a full service security provider with consulting, investigative and security guard services. He is the author of four books with two on the New Jersey State Police. He often speaks on the state police and security matters.
