Went in for a standard drug test and received some of the worst treatment I've ever had. I wasn't seen until 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time, and the test administrator was so rude. She rushed me into the bathroom without telling where to even put my purse or sunglasses. I could have left everything in my car if I had been given proper notice, but instead I had to put my things inside of a dreadful bin that sat right next to a filthy toilet. The knobs were removed from the sink per normal, and I was told in a derogatory manner that I had 4 minutes before the door would open. The knobs to the sink being taken away and the 4 minute rule was expected. What was not expected was the tone and manner delivered to me by the test administrator. What also really kills me is that after the test sample was 'retrieved' I had to ask for the knobs back to wash my hands! And on top of that they do not even provide you with soap! Just a bottle of water with a little soap inside. This place is awful, the representatives are rude, and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if they have an alternative.

This lady Sheila Cahill showed up at my house looking for a "Clayton" at 8pm on a Monday night while I was having a Family BBQ. She approached my door with another male and was certain I was the person they were looking for... She claimed to be a Officer of the court delivering paper work (impersonating an officer). She had a black and white photo with a man with a beard that she claimed looked like me and insisted on me providing ID to her. No Badge, very pushy, Rude, Crazy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Invasion of privacy and trespassing next time I wont lock up the dogs. Your actions were illegal and your professionalism was lacking in every aspect!! Beware!!
