He worked directly with employers to design and negotiate ERISA plans for a local Third Party Administrator. During the course of his employment Mr. Davidson stumbled upon many potentially fraudulent transactions. Mr. Davidson became a PI to pursue medical providers who were bilking employers out of resources.

Established in 2011. In Texas it takes three years of being a practicing Private Investigator to qualify to take the managers test. Mr. Davidson began the process of being the owner of a private investigation company and passed the test following three years of practicing Private Investigations in 2011. The company was licensed in 2012.
