On Feb 7, 2020, a fee of $99 was paid for Same Day Court Filing service to Patriot Process Services to file documents with US DISTRICT COURT. Patriot Process Services failed to review the documents for signatures before showing up at the courthouse to file, they were not able carry out the Same Day Court Filing service as listed in the invoice. Here is a description of Court Filings on their website(http://www.patriotprocess.com/#services ) Court Filings We offer state, federal, and local court filing for your legal documents. We will review and help you file with the courts, paying attention to copies, fees, signatures, case numbers, etc If they had reviewed the documents paying attention to signatures, they would have found out that the signature was missing. They were supposed to help us file the documents with the courts; without a signature, they could not file.

The firm I currently work with has a lot of last-minute needs, and Charlie comes through for us every single time - rain or shine! Our busy family law practice in Northern Virginia requires the services of a process server/courier daily. We was lost when our courier retired. Shortly thereafter, we lost our private process server. We tried other local courier and private process services in the area but many were unreliable. Patriot Process Service came in at the right time for us. Charlie is a true professional. Family law serves are not easy serves, but Charlie is extremely diligent and gets the job done. His courier services are also excellent and he makes alternate arrangements for us if he is not available. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that he offers. Highly recommended.

This process service was amazing. I completely grateful to the excellent and very out of the way service they give. Very responsive and does the job complete without extra hidden fees, he even goes and picks up the paper work for you and brings it back directly to the courts. I highly recommend this servicing company for any of your legal needs.
