First the phone number on their website was wrong. I searched and found another
First the phone number on their website was wrong. I searched and found another phone number for them which was also wrong. But it had a very unprofessional message to call a different number. Calling that number someone named Debbie answered and I had to ask if I'd reached Peak. I had. She almost sounded like I'd just woke her (12:00 noon). The rate - 2 attempts for $90.

I sent a request for service 2 months ago. I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM. I have called and left 3 messages and have e-mailed them. STILL, I HAVE NOT HEARD A PEEP FROM THEM. Save your money and use someone else.

The service through this process has been delayed and answered with poor communication. Service was not given within 24 hours as stated on line and when asked about the statement on the website it was stated that the 24-hour guarantee was for an additional cost. Stating verbally over the phone by the representative charges would be incurred which did not happen and the events that were represented as to what they would complete did not occur; delaying the service with no forward progress, and when I called to discuss it. The company representative stated since the communication was verbalized it was not valid since it was not completed in writing. Explaining they are human and do not communicate back to the client on the attempts even though it was explained verbally by representatives while signing up for service, they are busy and do not have the time to keep clients up to speed on the progress. I would not recommend, find other options

I needed a process server to serve my spouse with the pleadings and preliminary orders in a domestic relations case. Ms. Glenn was incredibly helpful, compassionate, reliable, and organized. The flat fee is fair and straightforward and the job was done professionally and quickly. I am very impressed and I appreciate the sensitive way this was handled, especially at a difficult time for my family and I.

I needed a process server for the first time ever and Peak Process was the only one on Yelp! with a positive review. I called and spoke to Debbie who explained it was a flat rate with unlimited attempts which eased my mind as I would not like to get charged for every attempt. I was emailed that the person was served and the affidavit was emailed and they mailed the original to the courts. Made my first process serve a painless process.

Oh my goodness,the most helpful and kind company in Denver.After a terrible experience with a company that starts with check, do yourself a favor and just start here! For a nominal fee, if you must use a process server Peak will get your service done with unlimited tries.No one does that in Denver. Debbie was a dream to work with in trying times.Thank you Debbie for your time, guidance,and fabulous service.
