Phantom Detectives LLC was founded on August 20, 2020 by Joshua Chaires as a way to revolutionize paranormal investigations in the Philadelphia Region. Chaires founded the company after leaving a previous team. The team investigates homes, businesses, asylums, historical societies, and more. In addition after they finish their investigation they write a report of everything they experienced that evening. PDLLC will never reveal the identity of their clients, and will only post the results of the investigation on their website with their permission. Besides doing paranormal investigations the team sells t-shirts, keychains, bumper stickers, does lectures,public speaking sessions, and more. PDLLC is comprised of Director/Founder Joshua Chaires, Lead Investigator/Tech Manager/Director of Client Relations Rick Warner, Psychic Medium/Case Manager Melissa Ferrazzano, and Investigator/Researcher Mark Anthony The Psychic Lawyer. On May 21, 2021 Phantom Detectives LLC purchased the rights to Dark Matter News from Leo Ashcraft. Dark Matter News was once a part of Art Bell's Midnight in the Desert as a paranormal news service. Included in the sale of Dark Matter News to Phantom Detectives LLC was the rights to the website, audio files, name, logos, and more.
