Phoenix Legal is a licensed, bonded, and insured private investigation agency serving the state of Georgia. We have been proud to serve the residents of the Atlanta area for 15 years and we have the license to perform all types of professional investigations, including legal support on court cases, infidelity investigation, missing persons, process serving, and the online monitoring of GPS units. Our private investigators, detectives, agents and support staff have extensive experience in performing professional private investigations.
Established in 1996. I have been in the investigative profession for over 20 years and have been involved in many high profile cases. However no job is too small or too big that we cannot handle with Integrity. I enjoy helping people in need. We specialize in Domestic Infidelity, Child Custody and other types of surveillance. paid for some papers to be served as they advertise that they are process servers. The papers were NEVER served and when I finally got the local owner on the phone he was rude and acted like my call was an annoyance. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I used Phoenix legal to have a resident in Fayetteville served. The first attempt was unsuccessful and I received an email from the server starting the reasons. After 2 weeks with no response, I called Frank at Phoenix and he said they made several attempts. I then asked him why I was not updated? He became defensive and stated he would need more money to complete the service. I said would go with a different server and hung up. I called back to get confirmation of the several attempts made, and Frank cussed me out and was very threatening. Completely unprofessional! I would give Frank Zero stars if possible.
