Craig Podgurski, Associate of the store, used dishonest sales tactics to sell me a gps device. He claimed that the product was internally different from another model that I had found online. He claimed that the antenna was superior and had better range and functionality. After believing the associate, I purchased the device. Upon later research, I discovered there was no internal differences between the different units online. The model of the device was the same as the online unit. I even contacted the distributor of the device and they said it was the same one. The only difference was the software service that they provide. These people are dishonest.

This place is really cool, they saved me the hassle of hiring a private investigator, when I thought my husband was cheating on me. Turns out he was and then some , Love not throwing more bad money away after bad, got my info for a fraction of the price.

Naw--here is a good, THIRD reason to use a place like this: c) when your neighbor has suddenly invited a clearly criminal element into your neighborhood...a neighborhood that has been peaceful, family-friendly, and nearly trouble free since you had your home built there, 17 yrs. ago ... and when--suddenly--the neighbor across the street had her home broken into and burglarized, with motor oil poured over her dog (probably to keep it busy cleaning itself, so it wouldn't bark), then it would be wise to consider getting an audio/visual surveillance system to keep tabs on this suspicious neighbor--who, by the way--has raised everyone's curiosity/fear by her increasingly gaunt appearance, her hoarding habits, her deteriorating property, and the strangers going in and out of her house at all hours of the day and night. The neighbor whose house was burglarized told me that the woman was led out of her house in handcuffs last week. Apparently, whatever charges she faced didn't stick, or she made bail somehow. I have called the police a few times, and I probably will continue to do so until this woman is finally driven out of our neighborhood. This is my New Year's resolution for 2012.

Stopped in to buy a costume (FBI) because other reviews said they had some but they don't. This is a small store specializing in spy type equipment. Very friendly and customer service oriented but very limited in their variety.

I rating 5 stars to counter the hysterical person who unfairly gave a bad rating. Although I have not been in this store in YEARS, I have a situation where I need them. I have had 2 cats disappear, both had tags identifying that they were fixed and had info on the tags to return them to their owner (me). I just recently had to spend $150 on one of my cats who appears to have a stab mark. Initially I though it was a dog bit but the vet shaved back the hair on the wound and said it looked like a knife mark. I know my neighbor has an extremely bad temper. He beats his dogs because I can hear him clearly. He's always yelling in his house. To make a long story short, I am afraid my cats bare the brunt of his temper. I know my cats jump on his car and he absolutely hates it. I heard him say "get the f*** off there" and chase one of them. He looked surprised to see me quietly sitting in my chair in the front yard. So, two animals I loved and spent money a lot of money on are gone forever, and another one has a knife wound. I think it's time to start pointing some hidden cameras. To the rude person above. THIS IS HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS EVERY MONTH BESIDES OCTOBER.
