Jojo is the man. He helped me understand a case where he could've easily take advantage of me serving someone but he was really honest and was really trying to just help me out. Not lot of businesses would do that. I would recommend any of my friends for his services because he's honest and really helpful.

After calling around for process servers Jojo was the only one who took the time

After calling around for process servers Jojo was the only one who took the time to explain things and actually help me understand the my current situation better. I never felt rushed during the entire phone call and after I was done I actually felt good. Other processors gave me the run around and I felt they weren't being truthful or as helpful. I can truly say Jojo is a genuine person after my experience with him and I would highly recommend him over the others.

I called Jojo for help with a service for someone who was hiding from me and blocked me on my phone and internet. After explaining my situation, he determined that it was a very difficult job that could take months trying to find the person. I was frustrated but appreciated his honesty. He was able to give me really great advice and instructions that ended up working out for me. Jojo was able to give me the knowledge that I needed to be able to handle the job on my own when I unexpectedly found the person. Without his help I wouldn't have known what or how to handle the service. If I, or anyone I know ever needs this service, I will not hesitate to recommend him and pass his contact information to them. Thank you very much Jojo!!!!!

808 LEGAL PROCESS aka Jacinto Carrasco (Jo-Jo) performed process serving for me. Here's how it went: -He is in and out process serving, so when he says he will be at his office, HE IS THERE. No missed appointments. -He prepares the last part of the paperwork I did not understand. I handled a situation on my own, where I probably should have had an attorney. But with the help of the people at the Courthouse on the front end, plus 808 Legal Process on the back end, the paperwork got done correctly and on time. -His rates were extremely reasonable. I'm not sure you will find better rates anywhere else in Honolulu. -Always in good spirits, JoJo performed his sometimes horrible job with a very good attitude and was always a big help. I can't recommend him enough.

I am so happy to find a process server who is both honest and competent. I have dealt with process servers who were vindictive and foul-mouthed, unsure if they could get the job done and unwilling to help me deal with deceptive employers simply by calling and asking if the person worked at that location. Why no phone call? That process server wanted to remain neutral. I hire a service provider to be on my side, not to be neutral. Heed the negative reviews you see for other process servers and go with this company. By the time I found them my expectations were so low that I was instructing them how to do the job. They said "we already know, leave it to us." Wow. My fragile trust was well placed. Finally, someone went the extra mile when no one else would go the first mile, forget the extra mile. I will stay with this company during my attempt to represent myself and for any other legal situation should the future need arise. For the first time in the process people are actually helping me! Not with legal advice, of course, but by doing their jobs well. I appreciate them.
