Let's see where to begin. So I called in and spoke to RJ who was super helpful and got me in contact with Lisa to do a serve. They both tag team the one person in efforts to serve. I found this company on yelp because I was in need of a PI. Wasn't a fun reason to hire one either. They reached out very quickly and connected me with someone on the field. He was professional, thorough, funny, kind, and just really helped this whole miserable experience I went through be not as horrible as it could've been. Highly recommend using them. I hope I won't ever need to hire a private investigator again, but if I do then I will only be using them. Constant communication and great video evidence helped with trust as well. Got exactly what I needed and gave me a great recommendation on wine! Thank you guys for your work.

I wanted to support this business because it's a business of women and I'm all for women empowerment but if you can't do your job , don't scam people off their money . Then talk to your clients like this . If you charged me 75$ and I paid you, you should still treat me like a priority. She told me if I report her I would look like a fool? So I'm guessing she has done this before. She's basically telling me I should appreciate her for doing nothing at all. She did not locate the person I was looking for or could even tell me if they were dead or alive and said if they don't wanna be found they don't wanna be found.. that's literally your job to find people. Update: Also YOU stated it was possible with the information I gave you . So yes, you did deceive me. Accepted my 75$ for this job and I've gotten nothing to show for it. My payment went through however your services fell through. You also should not treat costumers this way just for asking for a refund on services you couldn't provide after assuring me you could do it for said price. I'm looking for a professional that can do their job. So yes I want my refund to pay someone who is competent and willing to commit to their duties. I don't mind paying the money but I expect results and respect

We had to have legal documents served to an individual, and the person was proving very elusive. Two process servers had already failed. A third we contacted referred us to Lisa, and Lisa was able to get the job done - and to do so at an entirely fair price. Communication was great, and Lisa was both friendly and professional. I recommend her highly!
