Be careful how you do business with these people they have no mercy at all they are not kind not courteous with no flexibility. When I first contacted them they wanted to over charge me. Someone took my money and I received a judgement in small claims court. I used my last $87 to hire these people to serve an information subpoena on T- Mobile . T-Mobile gave me an address that turned out to be the wrong. They claim they attempted the address 1 time and its the wrong address. They did not care to show proof of service until I disputed the charges. Normally a Process Server give you 3 attempts. I thought they would just send the subpoena by mail without charging me. They are not nice and don't care about you. Don't waste your money!

Diane was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were REALLY nervous to serve in the NYC area for the first time as its a tougher serve, not just parking in the driveway, PLUS COVID. I did a TON of research and Preferred kept coming up so it was an easy choice and SO glad we made it. There is literally nothing they could have improved on. I have recommended them to my professional network on all social media platforms and I would say if you've found this review save yourself time and look no further. I would never even consider anyone else in this area. Thanks again!!

This is the second extremely short turn around order to show cause that I have trusted Preferred Process Servers with. In each case the Defendant had previously tried to evade service and in each case they had about a week to serve the papers. Both times they got the job done. They are fast, affordable and reliable. Highly recommend.
