Premier Process Server Marshall is corrupt. If you are not in Carolina do not I repeat use this serve/business. Marshall swindled me out of $100, he attempted tried bill me twice. LOL, and lied and said he tried to serve the defendant the same day he billed me. The person he was to serve convinced him he was NOT the defendant. Marshall the server says the person he spoke with told him he Moved and didn't now where to. I don't believe he ever attempted. I sent Marshall a picture and asked him if indeed this was the person he spoke with. He has yet to respond!!! to me. Sent him a Contempt Summons to serve. It is horrible for a processor to enable a defendant. I provided him with the date of birth, his phone number for him to locate him and offered to pay additional money for this service. Horrible, disgusting, dishonest, and thief. I understand at least 3 time should be attempted, I paid for this service. I even advised local residents not to use this business. This is was a court ordered summons, and required to be served for me to have my day in court and Marshall of Premier Process, Server denied me this right. Do not use this company....
