I don't write reviews, and I wasn't asked to give one. but I feel strongly obligated to do so. If you're in the market for investigative services, stop searching and give Prestige a call. I talked to like 6 different firms, and what immediately drew me to Prestige was Nestor's professionalism and demeanor. He was easy to talk to, kind and very sharp. He wasn't pushy, and clearly explained the way in which he would approach my case. Up to that point, every firm I talked to was requiring me to sign lengthy service contracts filled with a lot of red flags and broad indemnity clauses. Nestor on the other hand was honest and up front, telling me he could take on my case for an extremely reasonable flat fee, and no ridiculous 10 page contract requiring a kidney as collateral. The intake alone was a breath of fresh air. Having just finished my case, I can also say this team delivers above and beyond what's expected. I honestly feel like I owe more than I paid. Nestor spent the weekend working on my case, and went well beyond the parameters to get me more than I expected or asked for. Nestor has earned a customer for life in me, he will definitely be my first all for any future investigative needs.

I hired NestorTorres of Prestige Investigations in 2014 to assist with a serious criminal matter. My experience was extremely disappointing and, in my view, unethical: 1 Zero investigative work - While I was initially retained through my first attorney, Torres performed no interviews or fact‑finding. He only began any activity after I switched lawyers, and even then his effort amounted to no more than 30-40hours for a complex case. 2 Failure to pursue key leads - He never contacted or interviewed the alleged victim's swim coach, a person of interest who was directly connected to the alleged abuse. This omission left critical exculpatory evidence undiscovered. 3 False testimony & undisclosed payment - Torres testified in court without ever informing me, and I never paid him for that testimony. I have no idea who compensated him, which raises serious concerns about conflict of interest and possible bribery. 4 Inconsistent reports - His investigation report differed materially from both the initial and follow‑up police reports, and his courtroom testimony contradicted his own findings. 5 Loss of records & lack of communication - When I asked for copies of his files, he claimed they were "lost," effectively preventing any review of his work. 6 Bias & hidden agenda - In my opinion, Torres displayed a pattern of racism toward non‑Hispanic clients and seemed more interested in protecting certain individuals than seeking justice. Overall, I feel Torres' conduct contributed directly to the denial of my appeal and the prolonged loss of my liberty. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a private investigator to look elsewhere.

I was inspired to leave this review not just because how quickly Nestor reached out to me and how friendly he was. I was inspired to leave this review because of the kindness, integrity, patience, and empathy that he has shown during our very brief conversation. He could have very easily milked me for the kind of service I'm looking for which he definitely provides. But instead, he warned me about the potential costs the kind of service I'm looking for may incur, advised me to think twice before pulling the trigger (figuratively), and gave me tips on how to lower the cost of said service as much as possible. If you need to trust someone to find out the truth and do it with integrity, I'd say someone like Nestor would be your best bet.

IMO:If the business would not like to support the service or interested in doing so, they should at least acknowledge the request simply by calling and saying something like we are not taking new clients.

An excellent service that delivered results quickly and effectively. The main line goes to a live person to take your information and forward it to an investigator. They promised I would get a call back that day; and sure enough, I got a call back within a few hours. The person listened to my situation and gave me an upfront assessment. At the time, it seemed like he may not be the best person to help me, but he said send over the details and he'll see what he can do. The next day, he got back to me with all the information I needed. We had previously discussed an hourly rate but the one-time fee he ended up charging me was very reasonable. I definitely got good value for my dollar. I want to add that even if he wasn't able to help me, I still would have given this 5 star review. It's important to recognize people for being straightforward, honest, and helpful. He also gave me some options for pursuing the case on my own. If you need private investigative services, I strongly recommend you call them first.

My friend referred me to him when she was looking for someone to help her, and other Private Investigators either did not seem to care, were dismissive, or could not locate the information she needed. Finally, she found Prestige Investigations, and within one hour, Nestor had the data (and he apologized for it taking only that long - again, unbelievable kindness). So I contacted him, and while many in this world are impatient, interruptive, and wish to finish as quickly as possible, Nestor took his valuable time with me. He was honest, very thorough, and, most importantly, understanding and compassionate. Nestor, thank you for your expertise, advice, and professionalism. In a world where compassion is rare, you took the time (you certainly did not have to) to ensure you gave me everything I needed. Thank you for being so understanding. To those reading the reviews, trust them, Prestige Investigations and Nestor. I would not look anywhere else for a Private Investigator. I cannot thank you enough. As my opening states, "Hire this man!" Do not look elsewhere.
