Other detectives are going to use FUD to tell you that you need to spend hundreds of dollars with them and other detectives can't get the job done. Just hire Vince. I'm using him to find a former tenant that owes me $7,000+. If he works great for me on this important of a case, I'm sure he will be more than adequate for your situation.
